Ceridian Dayforce Implementation

Project goals and objectives

The Partnership is seeking proposals from vendors with a team that has established capabilities and a proven track record in implementing and supporting organizations using the Ceridian Dayforce platform.

The implementation will follow a mutually agreed-upon timeline with clear milestones and deadlines.

Desired timeline for Phase 1: November 2024 – March 2025
Subsequent Phases: TBD

Proponent responsibilities

The Proponent will be responsible for:

  1. the technical implementation of Ceridian Dayforce based on the requirements provided by the Partnership, including review and re-configuration of current Dayforce configurations, new configurations, testing and go-live support to complete the work defined in the project scope.
  2. training, documentation and knowledge transfer to the project team.
  3. following a mutually agreed-upon timeline with clear milestones and deadlines.
  4. providing all necessary and qualified resources to complete the work.
  5. ensuring compliance with data security and privacy standards in the Partnership’s Privacy Policy.

Tasks/Activities

General scope of work for all phases includes but is not limited to the following:

  1. Advise the project team on the order of implementing Dayforce modules to build a solid foundation and ensure the use of the Dayforce platform can grow over time to meet all business requirements.
  2. Provide change and risk management services.
  3. Collaborate with the project team to elicit and validate business requirements for the Partnership’s HR needs.
  4. Guide the project team to streamline processes and eliminate complexities by leveraging out-of-the-box Dayforce functionalities.
  5. Provide project management services: Work closely with the Partnership’s Project Manager to ensure control and management of the scope, costs and schedule.
  6. Test and support QA/UAT activities.
  7. Utilize Sandbox environment for implementation/testing and deploy changes to the Production environment.
  8. Transfer knowledge to the project team and provide necessary training and documentation.

Proposal submission

Proponents must submit the Proposal in electronic copy in Microsoft Word format or portable document format (PDF) via BiddingoTM before the Proposal Submission Deadline.
