TEST – Life after cancer: A webinar for health system innovators

With more people living longer after their cancer diagnosis, understanding and meeting their ongoing physical, emotional, mental health challenges and needs is critical to helping people lead healthy, fulfilling lives.

We invite you to join Life after cancer: A webinar for health system innovators where we explore new ways to meet the needs of those transitioning from cancer treatment to follow-up care and support.

Our new digital hub Life after cancer: Transforming the post-treatment experience highlights how our partners, with the support of the Partnership, are addressing patients’ needs after cancer treatment and makes resources related to cancer survivorship available to healthcare organizations, providers and people living with and beyond cancer.

What we hope you get out of this webinar:

  • Hear from partners at Alberta Health Services and the Canadian Cancer Society about initiatives funded by the Partnership designed for healthcare organizations, providers and people living with and beyond cancer.
  • Hear from a patient advisor at the Partnership with experience of post-treatment cancer care.
  • Learn about promising practices intended to transform the post-treatment cancer experience.
